Chris Collman and the Menorca Charity Players brought the audience a touch of the Christmas spirit with their show "A Winter Wonderland" on Friday and Saturday nights. Santa Claus and traditional Christmas Carols, followed by comedy sketches and seasonal songs provided a very enjoyable evening's entertainment, accompanied by a three-course dinner and wine which brought compliments from the diners. The show will be staged at the Casino Mahonés (Plaça Princep, Maó) again this Friday and Saturday night and there are still tickets available, at 25 euros, from Ca'n Dulce, Monet Hairdressers, Comercial Papelera, Scandals Restaurant and www.menorca.charity.players@gmail.com.

The cast and behind-the-scenes workers all deserve a hearty round of applause for their latest endeavour to add to the 40,000 euros raised by the Players for local charities over the last ten years.
